"We found this restaurant on TripAdvisor, while looking for places near our hotel. How lucky we are to have spent an evening here. The staff is lovely, informed and engaging. The sommelier was knowledgeable and interesting to speak with. We had the full tasting menu and my husband enjoyed the wine pairings. All was exquisite. The courses were, of course, delicious. Fresh and innovative, a blending of taste and textures we enjoyed immensely. A must if you are ready for a fabulous splurge in Amsterdam"
